Kuta is a village in southern Bali with beautiful stretches of beach. The town and beach area are developed into a thriving, tourist-friendly community, and the inland area to the north is reserved in its natural state by the government. The island of Bali is part of Indonesia’s Sunda Islands, and it is located between Java and Lombok. The climate is tropical, and the weather patterns are influenced by monsoons. For the best Kuta weather, the dry season is the recommended time when travellers should plan Kuta holidays, the months of June through October.
Monsoons and Precipitation
The winds of the dry season monsoon blow in from the east and the south in the months of June through October. Even so, the winds are anticipated, easy to predict, and never severe.
As far as rainfall is concerned, the town and island annually see up to around 2,000 mm total. Bali experiences upwards of 300 rain storms throughout the year. During the wet and dry seasons, the humidity ranges between 70 and 90 per cent.
Kuta Seasons and Temperatures
Only two true seasons are known in Kuta and the rest of the island: a wet season and a dry season. The wet monsoon season happens from December until March with drenching rain storms. November, April, and sometimes May will also have a few extra-saturating rains as well.
Bali is situated near the equator and temperatures do not change much. The temperatures are a mild 26 to 28 degrees Celsius all year with the peak periods as mentioned above also the most expensive times to check in to Kuta accommodation, something to keep in mind when planning your vacation.
